BUA Tech was founded by Chris Jennings, a seasoned technology veteran with over a decade of global sales leadership at Cisco. During his time at the manufacturer, Chris gained invaluable insights into what worked well—and what didn’t—for both technology providers and their customers. He later applied that knowledge to found a Cisco Gold partner called Aqueduct Tech, a leading technology consulting firm that received national recognition for its engineering expertise, rapid growth, and outstanding workplace culture. Under his leadership, Aqueduct earned awards such as Inc. Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies, CRN’s Best Places to Work, and Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and BBJ 500.

Drawing from his experience at the manufacturer and his success building a leading tech firm, Chris recognized a key gap in the market: customers weren’t getting the tailored services, products, and solutions they truly needed from traditional VARs.
